Not JUST an estate agency

I don't think I have enough space to recommend this estate agency. It's not JUST an estate agency it does so much more. They sold my apartment in an hour! They helped me buy my present apartment with so much ease. They have helped me with when my brother died in England sort paperwork etc. They have virtually taken any problems out of making a will here. Endless advice! This is no ordinary Estate Agency with Michelle ( Shelly Greaves) and her team, who can translate, advise,sympathise THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS ONLY SOLUTIONS! and always there whenever, whatever, how ever you need. We were looking around Los Gigantes and the surrounding areas for a property and went into Delmar Estate Agents. Excellent decision. We met Michelle and Sylvia and explained what we were ideally looking for. They lined up a number of properties and took us out on viewings. One property in particular was perfect. We had our offer accepted, and from then to completion, Michelle and her team made sure the purchase went smoothly and hassle free. We were kept up to date on how things were progressing, and with Michelle having POA for the sellers, it was an exciting day to all meet and sign at the notary. I went to several agents in the area…

I went to several agents in the area but chose to buy my property through Delmar as they went that extra mile. They are so much more than estate agents as they are happy to walk people through the whole purchasing process. A trip to the lawyers and for me even a trip to a medical center there was always one of the girls available to accompany me. Its really reassuring as quite often a translator is essential. Multilingual, friendly and there to help. 5 stars without any doubt.
